From the moment you sign, Robot Square manages the complete installation and setup process. There is no technical knowledge required from your team — we configure everything, test everything, and only hand over a robot that is ready to work.

What the installation process looks like

Step 1 — Site assessment

Before deployment, one of our team visits your site to assess floor surfaces, measure corridor widths, identify obstacles, and plan the robot's operating zones. This takes approximately 30–60 minutes and is included at no additional cost.

Step 2 — Delivery and physical setup

We deliver the robot from our Smithfield warehouse and set up the charging dock in an appropriate location. For the C40, we connect the water supply and configure the cleaning solution settings for your floor type. For the T10, we configure the delivery zones and waypoints for your specific layout.

Step 3 — Programming and testing

We program the robot's operating area, cleaning or delivery routes, and schedule. We run a full test cycle in your presence to confirm performance meets expectations before we leave.

Step 4 — Staff orientation

We provide a practical orientation session for the staff members who will interact with the robot day-to-day — how to start and stop a cycle, how to handle an obstacle situation, how to check water and consumable levels. This typically takes 30 minutes.

Timeline

From contract signing to robot on-site: typically 1–2 weeks. This includes unit preparation, delivery scheduling, and the site visit.
