Robot Square provides technical support for all robots we supply — whether under a RaaS lease or purchased outright. Our support team is based in Sydney and our Smithfield warehouse stocks replacement units for rapid swap-out when required.

Common issues and quick fixes

Robot has stopped mid-cycle

Check the robot's display screen for an error code. The most common causes are an obstacle the robot cannot navigate around, a low water tank (C40), or a low battery. Clear the obstacle or address the displayed issue and restart the cycle.

C40 — water not dispensing

Check that the clean water tank is filled and the tank is correctly seated. Check that the water filter is not due for replacement (every 60 days). If the issue persists, contact support.

T10 — robot not navigating to destination

Check that the path to the destination is clear and that no furniture has been moved into the robot's mapped route. If the layout of your venue has changed significantly, a route remap may be required — contact us to arrange this.

Robot not returning to dock

Ensure the charging dock has not been moved from its original position and that the area in front of the dock is clear. The robot uses the dock's fixed position as a reference point for navigation.

Warranty and repair

RaaS lease customers: all repairs are covered under your lease agreement. Contact us and we will arrange collection, repair, and a replacement unit where necessary.

Outright purchase customers: a 12-month warranty applies from the date of delivery. After the warranty period, repairs are available at our standard service rate — contact us for a quote.

RCM certification documentation

Copies of RCM certification for the C40 and T10 are available on request. Email support@robotsquare.com.au with your request and we will provide the relevant documentation within one business day.
