Training
Your team will be confident with the robot before we leave.
Every Robot Square deployment includes an on-site training session for your staff. We don't hand over a robot and a manual — we stay until your team is comfortable operating it independently.
What training covers
For all robots
- Starting, pausing, and stopping a cleaning or delivery cycle
- What to do if the robot encounters an obstacle or stops unexpectedly
- How to manually move the robot if needed
- How to check battery status and return the robot to its dock
- Basic daily checks — water level (C40), tray condition (T10)
- Who to call if something doesn't look right
C40-specific training
- Filling the water tank and adding cleaning solution
- Emptying the dirty water tank
- Checking and replacing consumables (brushes, squeegee blades)
- Adjusting the cleaning schedule if operating hours change
T10-specific training
- Loading and unloading the delivery trays
- Calling the robot to a specific location
- Managing delivery confirmations
- Updating delivery zones if your layout changes
Duration and format
Initial training takes approximately 30–45 minutes and is conducted on-site during or immediately after installation. We provide a simple one-page quick-reference card that stays with the robot for day-to-day reference.
If staff turnover means new team members need orientation, contact us — we can provide a refresher session or a remote walkthrough via video call at no additional charge during your lease term.
