We offer outright purchase and our RaaS (Robot as a Service) monthly lease model. Most of our clients choose the lease — it requires no capital outlay, maintenance is covered, and the monthly cost is fully tax deductible as a business operating expense.

Outright purchase transfers full ownership immediately. Maintenance after the warranty period is the customer's responsibility, or can be covered under a separate service agreement.

Trial period

For qualifying venues, we offer a short-term trial arrangement so you can see measurable results before committing to a 24-month lease. Contact us for pricing and availability — trial periods are subject to stock availability and venue assessment.

Contract terms

All lease agreements are governed by Australian law. Early exit terms are included in the standard contract — a payout figure based on remaining months applies. There are no hidden penalties. We walk every client through the exact terms before signing.
