Maintenance & Support
Maintenance is our problem, not yours.
Under our RaaS lease, all maintenance and repair is covered by Robot Square Pty Ltd for the duration of your contract. You don't manage technicians, source parts, or deal with downtime — we do.
What maintenance coverage includes
- All mechanical and electrical repairs
- Replacement consumables (brushes, filters, squeegee blades)
- Software updates and firmware management
- Rapid swap-out unit from our Smithfield warehouse if your robot requires off-site servicing
- Sydney metro target response time: next business day
Parts and consumables
We stock all common replacement parts at our Smithfield warehouse. RaaS lease customers receive priority fulfilment — most parts are dispatched same day or next business day.
C40 replacement schedule
- Scrubbing brush (standard): replace every 300 hours — $89 ex GST
- Scrubbing brush (heavy duty): for textured floors — $129 ex GST
- Water filter cartridge: replace every 60 days — $45 ex GST
- Squeegee blade set: replace every 200 hours — $65 ex GST
T10 replacement schedule
- Delivery tray set (×4): full replacement set — $199 ex GST
For outright purchase customers
If you purchased your robot outright, maintenance support is available under a separate service agreement. Contact us for pricing based on your model and operating hours.
