Shipping policy

Domestic shipping — Australia only
Robot Square currently ships within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 313 Woodpark Road, Smithfield NSW 2164.

Large item freight
Commercial robots and large equipment (C40, T10, charging docks) require freight delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be confirmed at the time of order. Please contact us at info@robotsquare.com.au for a freight quote before placing your order.

Sydney metropolitan area
Deliveries within the Sydney metropolitan area are typically completed within 3–5 business days of dispatch.

Regional and interstate
Deliveries to regional NSW and interstate locations typically take 5–10 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Delivery and installation
For RaaS lease customers, delivery and installation is handled directly by our team. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date after your contract is signed.

Order tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
